I have been a tenant of a property managed by Ayre for over a year and from the sales/leasing team through to my property manager and anyone else I have dealt with at the office I can say they are the most responsive, available, personable and just genuinely easy to deal with agency I have ever rented through. I also love that there was never any push to pay rent through a service that comes at an extra cost (something that other real estates will often push) – DEFT BPAY details were provided upfront on the lease agreement and I have never had any issues.


So if you’re a prospective tenant or a prospective landlord, I’d say you could do much much worse than working with the team at Ayre.
